Tracking Job History records in Vizual Personnel Manager and People Inc.

Vizual Personnel Manager or Personnel Director software users will know that tracking employee Job History changes within Vizual Personnel Manager/Director isn’t fully realised. This is because Vizual Personnel Manager/Director only records very basic career changes and due to how simplistic this is, its not possible to do any meaningful analysis.

In People Inc. HR however, you are able to record a full Job History for each employee where we can also record a Work Pattern and calculate an FTE for calculating holiday entitlements.

A ‘Workflow wizard’ is used to update any contractual changes to the employees Job History record and the full history including the start and end date of each change is recorded allowing users to see full career histories for employees and analyse who worked where at any given time (great for calculating cost of absence for a department during a period).
