Vizual Personnel Report writing Service

For Advanced Personnel Manager Users*

Vizual Personnel Director has a built in Report Designer tool that allows users with the correct skills to create their own reports within Personnel Director or they can use our report writing service if they don’t have the time.

Some users do struggle to come to grips with some of the concepts of how the report designer works as this can involve some specific technical knowledge for which they do not have the time to take part in one of our Report Writing training courses.

For these customers, agathonhr offer a report writing service for Personnel Director customers. For a small fee we create custom report templates based upon the customers specific requirements using our test Personnel Director system. Once done, we can simply export these new Report templates and send it to the customer.

The customer simply then has to import the template into their version of Personnel Director to start using the report.

To import a report template we use the following steps

  1.  Within Personnel Director click on the Reports button on the toolbar
  2. Select the Reports folder where you wish to import the new report template
  3. Choose FILE>IMPORT ITEMS
  4. Click the Browse button and locate the template you wish to import (this will have a .RPT file extension
  5. Click the IMPORT button
  6. Your reports will then be imported into Personnel Director.

Headcount by Job Title Report Example

Simple reports that look at headcounts by Job Titles for example allow users to check for any ‘poor’ data. These reports show any blanks or miss-typed values clearly but are also useful to capture a snap shot of the number of employees by Job Title. This report could be adapted to analyse equal opportunities such as Gender and Ethnicity splits, as well as Departments, Locations etc.
