In addition, we use a service called leadberry.com to identify the names of companies which have visited our website. This is information which is in the public domain where IP addresses identify companies and some contact information. We use this data to help us better understand the types of companies who are visiting our website to ensure that we are providing relevant information on our website.

Email campaigns
We use third party providers, Mailchimp and campaignmonitor.com, to deliver our email campaigns and/or e-newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.

People who contact us via social media
We use a third-party provider, Hootsuite to manage our social media interactions.
If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by Hootsuite for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.

This privacy notice does not cover the links within this site to other websites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements on any other websites you visit.
agathonhr at events
Names and addresses may at certain times be collected at events which are attended or hosted by agathonhr. Contacts will be invited to confirm at that stage whether they would like to receive further information from agathonhr about our products and services.
