Creating New Blank Reports

If you want to create a report from " scratch" , you can do so and then use the Report Designer to add the content and layout.

  1. On the main menu, select Create New Report from the Reports menu to start the
  2. Report Wizard.

    • On the welcome message screen, click the Next button to begin.

     

  3. On the next screen, click the " Create a blank report and use the Report Designer" option.
  4. • Click the Next button to continue.

  5. To name your new report and add it to the list of available reports, enter the Report Name and Report Title.
  6. • Select the section under which the report will appear from the drop-down list of

    sections.

    • Click the Next button to continue.

  7. Click the Finish button on the final Report Wizard screen.

 

A blank report is created in the Report Designer, ready for you to add what

you want to it.
