Feedback from our Vizual Upgrade Workshops

Thanks to all those who recently attended one of our workshops looking at the Vizual Personnel Manager / Director upgrade to People Inc. HR.

The feedback was extremely positive from everyone. Many didn’t realise how straight forward and quick the upgrade took and that it provided far more time consuming functionality than users are currently used to yet is still simple to use.

Based on the feedback on the day, one of the stand out topics was Employee Self Service. Most users thought that giving employees and managers the ability to book and authorise holidays from their PC, Tablet or Smart Phone would provide huge time saving benefits. We will try and spend more time on this topic in future sessions.

We’ll be reviewing all of the feedback forms from attendees in more detail shortly and hope to add any other suggestions to the next series of workshops such as Employee Self Service.
