Holiday Year End Maintenance for Personnel Manager/Director.
Its that time of year again where many companies need to recalculate their employees holiday entitlements for the New Year. You would think that most companies have this all sorted by the end of December but many we speak to either are not aware that they have to do this within Personnel Manager/Personnel Director or how they need to do this.
We are here to help. The Holiday Year End Maintenance in Personnel Manager/Personnel Director is quite straight forward ans is broken down into the following steps:
Step 1: Back up the databases
Step 2: Make sure Bank Holidays for 2019 are recorded within Personnel Manager.
Step 3: Make sure all absence bookings for the current year are recorded
Step 4: Check Existing allowances
Step 5: Run the Year End Maintenance Tool
Step 6: Review 2018 holiday allowances (and look for any missing entries)
